The FASS Online Workplanning Tool builds on the RAP system and facilitates staff and supervisors to plan and review work, to evaluate performance, and to identify development needs across the annual cycle.

Privacy statement

UTS will collect information in this system about your annual performance plan and reviews. This information will be used to assist you and your supervisor to plan and review work, to evaluate performance, and to identify development needs. Workplanning is compulsory for all UTS staff, including staff on probation. It is recommended that staff only disclose personal information, particularly health information, where it is relevant and necessary for the annual performance plan and review process.

The information collected will not be disclosed unless required or permitted by law.

If you wish to access information held about you or to update inaccurate information, please contact fassrap@uts.edu.au.

Although the faculty may remove you from the system on request, the university is required to, and will, retain records for minimum retention periods as required by the State Records Act.
